Design Process
There are some beautiful poisonous plants! But I knew there would be zillions of beautifully illustrated botanical designs this time. So I took a different angle and put my plants in lovely vintage jars. Capturing the light and reflections in glass is always challenging. However, I love the colorful outcome. You can see from the video below that it was quite the process to come to the end result. The 30 second video covers 5 hours of work.
Voting
If you’d like to vote for my design this week (voting begins January 12th and runs through January 17th at 3 PM), you can do so here at the Poisonous Plants Design Challenge Spoonflower page. There are often hundreds of entries, so voting on a tablet or desktop makes the process easier. Placing in the top 50 gives your design way more visibility on the Spoonflower site and often results in more sales, so it’s a big help to my little business. Thanks for the Support!
