This week’s funny Valentine design challenge was a lot of fun! I brainstormed a few ideas, but the one that ultimately won out was candy conversation hearts for the introvert. Brainstorming what the hearts should say with my sister was a hoot!
I went through a few design iterations. It was hard to capture the chalky essence of those infamous candies. Deciding on the background was tricky too. I will ultimately be offering a few different background options on my Spoonflower shop, in case you want something a little lighter.

I ranked 295/856 entries. Not bad, not great. It turns out MANY people had the idea for a twist on candy conversation hearts. So mine got a little lost among them. Onto next week!
