Challenge & Process
This week, Spoonflower asked us to design a fabric that would look great on a neutral throw pillow. They limited the color pallet to 4 colors, all browns. The last time they did this, I was really impressed with what people turned out. It was like the palette limitations forced creativity and standards higher! I’ll be curious to see if the same thing happens. This design only took me an hour, so it’ll also be interesting to see if the amount of time I put in correlates with the ranking after voting. Results!!
Wahoo!! This design placed 70/1700! That’s the highest number of entries I’ve ever seen, so it was very competitive. Even though I didn’t make top 50, I’m pretty pleased with this ranking!
