This week’s design challenge prompt was so open-ended that it was hard to fix on a direction. They just requested a wallpaper design that could be installed in any direction. I had two main ideas for a whimsical wallpaper. The first was weightlifters and weights, but I’ll save that for another week. I settled on this surreal world of vintage bicycles traversing ribbon roads. I enjoyed creating depth with color, shadows, and layering. Getting the perspective right on the bikes was tricky too. And you’ll see in the Timelapse below, color indecision was a struggle this week. 😆 I hope you enjoy!
